The SLS Manager oversees Supportive Living Services, a program that provides highly individualized person-centered supportive services and life skills training to adults, with developmental special needs and behavioral challenges (in their homes).
The SLS Skills Instructor works with an individual in their home and in the community supporting them to develop independent living skills and actively engage in community life. The SLS Skills Instructor's responsibilities include assisting in tasks of daily living, teaching and modeling, and providing companionship in a variety of settings.
OFI’s Community Integration Instructor facilitates programming in our Supportive Training Employment Program (STEP), which is a community-based work program for adults with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
