Victoria came to OFI in the fall of 2014 and within a year she was employed with E.O., a local certified B Corp company, who offers personal care products blended with essential oils. Victoria works alongside an OFI job coach three days a week and is a valued member of the organization. This job coach makes sure Victoria takes care of all the needed responsibilities and supports her in staying on task.
Victoria has absolutely flourished in this job and takes delight, and pride, in her role at E.O. In fact, she has received two raises in her short time employed and is making well over minimum wage at this point. Another rewarding aspect of the job for Victoria is taking part in extracurricular work events, such as staff birthday celebrations and movie screenings, allowing her to feel a part of the larger E.O. team.
