OFI's window washing team came together in 2016, out of the sheer determination of one of our STEP job coaches, Todd. Determined to pass along some window washing techniques that he was taught while attending college, Todd has put together a team of washers who have secured jobs at local businesses in Marin, including working at the local Burger King. David and Shurn are paid directly by the businesses they clean. We hope to expand on this model and even develop "microbusinesses" that can be co-developed by our participants.
