For over thirty years, OFI has been recognized as a premier provider of services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities who need behavioral support. Our relatively small size and low client to staff ratio has made it possible for us to address individual needs and tailor services to our constituents. We currently serve: 2 individuals in our one-to-one Specialized Day Program, 17 individuals in our community-based day programs, and with some overlap across our day programs, 22 individuals, 1 individual in the Personal Assistance and 1 individual in the Self Determination programs across Marin County.
The individuals who are referred to our programs often come to us having failed in other settings, due to their behavioral challenges. Our commitment to working with individuals who have not been able to succeed in other programs has pushed us to find creative ways to accommodate each individual's needs and interests, while offering behavioral tools to help them engage and experience success in integrated settings.
