We have established a continuum of services in both our vocational and residential programs enabling clients to “graduate” from one program to another. With this model, clients are motivated to strive for the next level when they are keenly aware of the existence of a “step up” |
because they see it everyday when all of our programs integrate, mingle, and coordinate with each other.
All of our programs are structured to include activities that reduce eccentric behavioral issues, teach independent living skills, offer an opportunity to spend the majority of their day in the community, develop vocational skills and provide paid work at a fair wage. |
